Stretch + Strength
Our Stretch + Strength Series continues through Be Well Collective and Dr. Sara Bazan’s wellness space, now offering both virtual and hybrid participation options.
Designed for women in midlife, this structured 6-week series combines strength, mobility, stretching, and breathwork to support longevity, stability, and confident movement through perimenopause and menopause. Across six weeks, we progressively build functional strength and mobility while supporting balance, joint health, and muscle preservation — helping you continue doing the things you love with confidence, resilience, and independence.
Participants can choose between:

• 6 Week Hybrid Series | $85
Includes 12 sessions: 6 in person classes & 6 live online

WORKSHOPS AND PRESENTATIONS
My Strength in Perimenopause & Menopause workshop is designed to cut through the noise and give women real, practical guidance for this stage of life. In this session, I break down what’s actually happening hormonally, why our bodies respond differently to stress and exercise, and how strength training becomes one of the most powerful tools we have for protecting muscle, bone density, metabolism, and long-term independence. Women leave feeling informed, empowered, and equipped with a clear path forward — not just to “manage symptoms,” but to train in a way that supports the next third of their lives with confidence and strength.
