Hi, I'm Britt - a mom of three and a fitness coach with over 10 years of experience helping women move, feel and live better.
I started teaching prenatal fitness while pregnant with my third child, and over time expanded into coaching both men and women in strength and group training. Today, my focus is on working with women in perimenopause and menopause — because that’s where I am too, and it’s a conversation that deserves far more attention.
Why this work matters to me
What worked for me in my twenties and thirties stopped working once I hit my mid-forties.
I started noticing stiffness, new joint discomfort, and changes in recovery. When I learned my bone density was beginning to decline, it became clear I couldn’t just keep doing the same things. I needed to better understand what my body needed now and take action to support my long-term health.
That experience reshaped how I approach movement completely.
My philosophy on movement
At this stage of life, it’s not about how you look — it’s about how you feel.
Movement should help you feel strong, capable, and confident in your everyday life. It should support your independence, your energy, and your ability to fully show up for the people and things that matter most.
My goal is to help women build and maintain a strong foundation so they can stay active, independent, and engaged in their lives for as long as possible.
Who I work with
I work with women in perimenopause and menopause — typically mid-thirties through late fifties — including moms who want something efficient, effective, and straightforward.
Many of the women I work with are noticing changes in strength, energy, or confidence in their bodies and want support navigating this next chapter in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.
This season of life is not a decline — it’s an adjustment. And with the right approach, it can be one of the strongest chapters yet.
What I believe
Strong doesn’t have an age limit.
And it’s never too late to build a body that supports the life you want to live.
