Mini Bands

Mini bands are used for building total body strength and adding controlled resistance to movement patterns. They’re small but incredibly effective for improving stability and muscle engagement.

Your foundation for every session.

A supportive mat helps with comfort, stability, and safety during floor-based strength work, stretching, and breathwork at the end of class.

Foam Roller

A simple recovery tool used to release muscle tension, improve mobility, and support recovery between sessions. Great for easing tightness in the hips, back, legs, and shoulders while helping the body move more freely.
